Brad Moggie Brad Moggie is a 19 year old fiddle player from St. Ambroise, Manitoba.Brad first began playing the fiddle at the age of 10, when a fiddling program was introduced at St. Laurent School. Brad has played all over Manitoba, including the major cities of the West Coast.His performances have included festivals, community fundraisers and concerts.In October of 2008, Brad (along with the musical group Coulée) had the privilege of being nominated for the “Western Canadian Music Awards” in Edmonton, Alberta for the “Best Francophone Album of the year”. Brad’s influences over the years have included, Mark Morriseau, Cliff Maytwayashing, Darren Lavallee and the Dutiaume brothers.Brad’s major inspiration through his fiddle career has been his Dad, Barry Moggie, for introducing him to his first fiddle tape. I would like to thank Sunshine Records for giving us this amazing opportunity to be alongside Reg Bouvette, Cliff Maytwayashing and the other fiddle greats under the Sunshine Label.Huge thanks goes out to my parents for all the love and support they have provided me throughout the years.I also would like to thank both my families, the Moggie’s and the Carriere’s for all their patience and support. To Lionel Vouriot and Mark Morriseau for showing me the ways of music and inspiration through the years. Paul Fontaine Paul Fontaine is a 21 year old drummer from ST. Laurent, Manitoba. Paul has been playing drums for 7 years ranging in all genres of music.He was first introduced to playing the fiddle, then later introduced to the drums from his Uncle Lionel.He now plays with The Gaudry Boys, Crossroads and Brad Moggie, and donates his time for community fundraisers. I would first off like to thank my parents for their love, support and for letting me play my drums as loud as I wanted, and for as long as I wanted.Also my great friends and family, for showing up to the shows and supporting all my projects.A special thanks to Lionel Vouriot and Mark Marriseau, for the inspiration to pursue music.
