Jack Olson’s music is very much down n dirty blues, however he does show off some of his eclectic songwriting style on a few country / folk numbers.  Jack is a prolific songwriter, the latest CD being his 3rd in an as many years.  Jack takes his inspiration from the likes of Stevie Ray Vaughn, Bob Dylan and Van Morrison.  

Jack has previously been nominated at both the Aboriginal Peoples Choice Awards and the Canadian Aboriginal Music Awards in Best Blues and Country Categories.

His latest effort “The Interlake Sessions” has been a smashing success in Northern Manitoba, receiving airplay on community stations like Cross Lake.

Jack and his Band have lent their talents to many fund raising events.
